De nationalité gabonaise 🇬🇦, Rachel quitte son pays natal en 2018, pour étudier au Maroc. Et c’est ainsi qu’elle intègre la vie associative, que ce soit dans la communauté gabonaise, mais aussi dans la CESAM (Confédération des Élèves, Étudiants, Stagiaires Africains et Étrangers au Maroc). Le samedi 28 janvier 2023 à Rabat, Rachel Morry est élue à l’unanimité Présidente de la CESAM, devenant ainsi la deuxième femme à occuper cette fonction depuis la création de l’association en 1981.
Mais qui est-elle et comment se retrouve-t-elle à occuper ce poste au sein du monde associatif de la diaspora estudiantine au au Maroc?

Come and meet Rachel Morry!
As a Gabonese citizen 🇬🇦, Rachel leaves her native country in 2018 to study in Morocco. And this is how she gets involved in the associative life, whether in the Gabonese community, but also in the CESAM (Confederation of Pupils, Students, Trainees Africans and Foreigners in Morocco).
On Saturday January 28th, 2023 in Rabat, Rachel Morry was unanimously elected President of CESAM, thus becoming the second woman to hold this position since the creation of the association in 1981.
